All designs, with the exception of our custom designs, can be finished in a maximum of four weeks from the start of the process to finish. However, please understand that we do occasionally need a bit of extra time regarding the components so if you have an event that you are wanting the mask for, please order in advance. For an additional $12/each ($25 each when bought sans mask), you can add hoses to your mask.
Our masks are created by latex lovers, for latex lovers. They are not toys, but rather very beautiful, handcrafted creations. Wildgasmasks creates these items as a novelty and, if misused, voids the one-year warranty. Not for emergency use. More details can be seen within our included instruction manuals:

Hooded MasksOur hoods are available in short (+$100 USD, base of skull), medium (+$250USD, base of neck), and long (+$350USD, halfway over shoulders). Please use the following sizing diagram to help us get the best fit for your hooded gasmask. We can work with both metric or English measurement systems, so use the units you are best comfortable with. Please note that unlike our medium and long sized hoods, short hoods do not have (or need) a zipper. At this time, this is considered a custom and subject to a longer turnaround time.
Hood Upgrade ServiceFor previous customers, a standard mask can be converted into a hooded version for the cost of the hood (see above for hood length prices) plus a $100USD resurfacing fee. Any painted mask returned for an upgrade will re-incur another painting fee that is dependant on the design, as the old design will be destroyed. Owner is responsible for shipping and handling from themselves back to our lab. Return shipping of finished upgrade is complimentary.
Mask onlyFor $200USD, your mask can be made with just the main shell. Lenses and Valves will not be installed or shipped with your product. Head harness is the only thing included.
White or White Accented Masks
Often with latex creations of any kind, white latex tends to yellow over time. This is a natural phenomenom that cannot be helped. It is imperative that any mask using white is kept in a dark location when not in use, away from both indoor and outdoor light. Please keep this in mind when ordering any mask with white coloration.
Regarding painted masks
A non-refundable materials fee of $25USD will be required for custom-painted masks. We encourage any and all photo or graphic references to ensure accuracy of your design. Extremely complex designs may incur more than the $100USD up charge that is usually specified, so we encourage you to inquire for a quote. Please also specify if you wish your design to be unique, and therefore, unreproducible.
Port alternationsWildgasmasks can also create our standard masks, with particular ports sealed. Send us an inquiry for pricing info.
Face Seal Upgrade ServiceAll of our newer made masks contain an inner seal for a better fit. If you are a previous customer and wish to get a mask retrofit, please contact us. This upgrade service is only $50USD, plus the cost of postage and packaging in one direction.
Regarding fully custom masks (custom molds)We do have the ability to create a fully customized mold to your specifications. However, these are not done on a regular basis and could take up to a year for us to manufacturer, due to our time constraints and limited manpower. However, the following must also be considered: We offer this service with 2 pricing structures -- Fully unique one-off masks and licensed masks. Our fully unique masks will only be produced for your order only. They start at $1000USD depending on the complexity, but include creation of the mold and one complete finished product. Licensed masks will be created to your design but, in exchange for the price reduction (starting from $500USD), you will allow Wildgasmasks to reproduce and resell your mask's mold. Please note, that this does not automatically give us the right to resell your painted scheme. All fursona and personal character paint schemes will be respected, so only the mold itself will be sold off. You will recieve 15% for every mask sold. Designs of copyrighted characters can only be accepted with written permission from the original artist.
PaymentUpon completion, an invoice will be sent, via PayPal, for the amount including postage and packaging. Be sure to let us know if the email address on your Paypal differs from the one you used to contact us. Wildgasmasks understand the importance of Paypal recieving a portion of money every time we do business. Please do not mark it as a personal payment of any kind, using the "goods" radio button instead. Once payment is received, your mask will then be shipped to you. Payment must be received within two weeks, otherwise your order may be cancelled, and the mask may be offered to the next customer or placed on eBay. At this time, we only accept payments via Paypal.
Your order will be sent via USPS with included insurance (Except for International orders). Postage and packaging cost is $30USD per mask for all US orders, and $55USD for all international orders. We happily accept orders from Europe, Asia, Oceana, Australia, and the Americas. For overseas orders, please check your country for items falling under Tariff Code #950590, as this will help you determine your local VAT. We will do our best to help ease the cost, but you will be responsible for all customs and duties upon pickup.
