Crimson - Side View

Although we do offer a selection of horns for DG1 and DG2 masks, the shape of these golden horns were more to a customer’s character design. The zig zag direction of the horns is subtle in comparison to some drawings, but our poor dragon friend must duck in doorways nonetheless. We revisited the idea of scales/plates for a mask design, addressing the concept of dragon scales in this minimal form.

Just one dragon mask? That simply will not do. Taku the Dragon found himself wanting something that resembled his character. The sculpt of the muzzle, nostrils and teeth area was given our touch. The deep red of the underchin goes all the way to the neck, and we topped this off with mirrored green lenses. The second of the dragons released this year, we think this is the beginning of something beautiful.
